More than just maintenance
- Logged a maintenance issue? We’ll keep you up to date on when the fault will be fixed
- Receive parcel notifications. Expecting a delivery? We’ll keep you informed of when it’s been delivered and when you can come to collect it
- Get in touch in an emergency. The Portal gives you direct access to the team, incredibly handy if you get locked out or need help out of hours.
How do I log into the StudentFM portal?
If you booked your room through your university you will be able to set up a password within the portal by following the link called “Need a new password?”. Follow those steps to create a new password. The email address should be the one you provided at check in or the one allocated to you by your university.
