Request a Refund from StudentFM

If you’re eligible for a partial refund from StudentFM, please complete the form below. This refund typically applies to non-deposit payments such as booking fees or overpayments, and a fixed amount of £100 will be refunded to your nominated account.

Once submitted, your request will be sent to our Finance Department for processing. Refunds are normally issued within 10 working days of receipt. Please double-check your payment details before submitting to avoid delays.
