We aim to respond to all emails within 1 working day. If your query is urgent, please call us directly for a faster response.

Office Hours

 

Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm, excluding bank holidays. For emergency maintenance or urgent property issues outside of these hours, please refer to the emergency contact details provided in your welcome pack or on your property’s noticeboard.

Property-Specific Support

Already living with us and need to speak to your site team?

Each of our locations has on-site or locally based staff to support residents with everything from maintenance issues to lockouts or wellbeing concerns. Please contact your individual site reception or building manager for:

  • Reporting repairs or maintenance issues

  • Accessing building amenities

  • Booking check-in/check-out slots

  • Pastoral or wellbeing support

Want to see one of our rooms before booking? You can book a viewing online by selecting your chosen property and clicking “Book a Viewing” — or call our team and we’ll set it up for you.

 

In-person and virtual viewings are available, and we’re always happy to talk you through your options.
