Rent Refund Request Form

If you’re preparing to move out of your StudentFM accommodation and are due a refund, please complete the form below to ensure prompt processing of your payment. This form is used to collect the essential information needed by our Finance Department to verify your tenancy and issue your refund securely.

Please fill out all fields accurately. Once you have submitted the completed form, your request will be forwarded to our Finance Department for review and processing. We aim to process all refund requests within 10 working days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

What You’ll Need:

  • Your full name and contact details

  • The building name and room number where you stayed

  • Your official move-out date

  • UK or international bank account details for the refund

We can only process refunds using the bank details you provide, so please double-check everything before submitting. Incomplete or incorrect information may result in delays.

Please note: You remain liable for rent payments up to the end date of your tenancy agreement. Submitting this form does not automatically cancel any outstanding charges or obligations.
