Rest assured that we will do everything possible to keep any inconvenience to a minimum. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  • The team are bringing in a MEWP for access to the back of Block E, but this will be used only at the start of the week for short periods of time.

A cherry picker will be coming to site on Thursday 18th which will allow us to commence works in the courtyard. Walkways will be in place to allow for exclusion zones. We aim to start at Block D and work our way towards Block A to be able to get rid of the scaffold walkways.

The hoist will be getting dismantle middle of next week  which will mean there will be limited space in the courtyard for at least a full day. Some of the bins will be relocated to allow for the wagon to be in place next to the hoist and have a safe access and egress point for all residents of Block B. We do ask that all residents take the upmost care and stick to the designated walkways for this dismantle.
