The Rebooker Offer is open to residents with a current 2026/27 StudentFM tenancy who sign a 2027/28 tenancy at the same participating StudentFM property by 31 January 2027.
Rent credit is taken off the December 2027 rent instalment of the 2027/28 tenancy. It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or carried over.
Cashback is paid by bank transfer to the tenant named on the tenancy agreement by December 2027. It is only paid if the tenant account is up to date at that point.
The Early Bird Offer is open to new direct bookings for 2027/28 that are completed by 31 January 2027. Bookings made through agents or university partners do not qualify. Residents eligible for the Rebooker Offer cannot claim the Early Bird Offer instead.
Edge Apartments, Northgate Point, Northgate Studios and Primus Place do not currently have an Early Bird Offer.
The reward is given in the form shown above and follows the same rules as the Rebooker Offer: rent credit is taken off the December 2027 rent instalment, and cashback is paid by bank transfer by December 2027 provided the tenant account is up to date.
A Rebooker booking counts as completed once the tenancy agreement is signed by the tenant. An Early Bird booking counts as completed once the tenancy agreement is signed by the tenant and the deposit has been paid.
Each tenant can receive one offer per 2027/28 tenancy. The Rebooker and Early Bird Offers cannot be combined.
If the tenancy is cancelled (including during the cooling-off period), ended early or surrendered, the offer is withdrawn. Any cashback or rent credit already given may be added back to the tenant account.
Offers cannot be applied to bookings made before the offer start date: 26 October 2026 for the Rebooker Offer and 9 November 2026 for the Early Bird Offer.
StudentFM may withdraw or change these offers at any time. This will not affect bookings already completed. Rooms are subject to availability. Offers are limited, and StudentFM may close an offer early once the allocation for a property is used up.
