What is included in the rent?

Your rent is all-inclusive, meaning utility bills are covered in the weekly price. This typically includes electricity, water, heating and WiFi, helping you manage your budget with no unexpected costs throughout the academic year.

When are my rent payments due?

Rent is usually paid in instalments across the academic year rather than monthly. Payment schedules will be confirmed during the booking process and detailed in your tenancy agreement.

Can I view the room before booking?

Yes. We encourage students to arrange a viewing before booking whenever possible. Virtual tours may also be available for selected properties if you are unable to visit in person.

What happens after I book a room?

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive further information about your tenancy agreement, payment schedule and move-in arrangements. Our team will guide you through each step of the process.

Can I cancel my booking?

Cancellation policies vary depending on the property and stage of the booking process. Full details will be provided before you sign your tenancy agreement and can also be found in our cancellation policy.

When can I move in?

Move-in dates vary by property and tenancy type. Your move-in information will be confirmed before the start of your tenancy, along with details about key collection and check-in procedures.

Is the accommodation close to my university?

Our student accommodation is carefully selected to provide convenient access to local universities, transport links and city-centre amenities. Individual property pages include location information and travel details.

Are international students accepted?

Absolutely. We welcome students from around the world and many of our properties are home to vibrant international student communities.

Can I live with friends?

Yes. If you would like to live with friends, let us know during the booking process and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Is WiFi included and how fast is it?

WiFi is included in the rent at most of our properties. Internet speeds may vary between locations, but all accommodation is designed to support studying, streaming and everyday online use.
