Marketing Incentive Claim Form

If you’ve been offered a marketing incentive as part of your StudentFM booking, you’re in the right place. Please fill out the form below with your personal and tenancy details so we can process your claim quickly and efficiently.

Once you’ve submitted your form, your request will be sent directly to our Finance Department for verification. Claims are processed within 10 working days from the date of receipt. If you have not received your refund or incentive payment after this time, you can contact the Finance Department directly on 01422 825 026 for an update.

What to Prepare Before Submitting:

  • Your full name and contact information

  • The property and room you booked

  • Confirmation of your tenancy start date

  • Details of the incentive offered (e.g. cashback amount, gift card, or referral bonus)
