Great accommodation, clean and modern. Location is good right by the station and easy commute to Sutton Bonnington campus. I have a room on the 3rd floor it’s a bronze plus - the size is good and the bed is a proper double. The reception staff are really friendly - you can tell they care and work hard. Nothing is ever to much trouble and they always have a smile for you when you have come home from a long day. I’m only hear for a year doing the masters but would rent here again if I was staying longer.
I've had some negative experiences with student accommodation in the past, but living here has restored my trust in them.
The rooms are beautifully designed and fairly priced (believe me, it's worth it!). The staff is nice, attentive, and always eager to assist. Management is the best I've ever seen; professional, with excellent communication and maintenance. Another great aspect is that the rooms are soundproof, so unless you're in the corridor, you won't hear noise or music from your neighbours. There are also a few common areas where you may study or host guests. Oh, and there's also a cute coffee station in the lobby.
What is advertised is exactly what you find; nothing less. Honestly, one of the best student accommodations in Notts!
